How to use this tool

  1. Open an unencrypted PDF containing interactive form fields.
  2. Review field names and types, then select the read-only fields to unlock.
  3. Download the PDF and check the selected fields in a PDF reader.

Result

A PDF with the selected form fields made editable, retaining their existing values and appearance.

Processing and files

This public tool works in your browser without uploading the document. Optional drafts saved on this device can be removed when browser data is cleared.

One PDF up to 30 MB and 500 pages. Tools can refuse encrypted, signed or unsupported interactive documents.

Before you start

Up to 500 fields and 2000 field locations. Only the selected fields’ read-only flag changes; required/export settings remain. Flattened content is not made fillable. Annotation locks and encryption are not removed; signature-field and XFA PDFs are refused. Other PDF actions are not sanitised.

Prices in EUR, excluding VAT where applicable. Monthly billing, no annual commitment. These are proposed allowances, not current account entitlements. One send means one document workflow sent to one recipient or recipient group; a bulk delivery to 100 independent recipients uses 100 sends. Test failures do not consume sends. No automatic overage charges: a paid top-up would require confirmation. Proposed top-up: €5 / 100 sends. Paid identity verification, SMS, qualified electronic signatures and trusted timestamps are not included.
