How to use this tool

  1. Choose a base PDF and add overlay PDFs in the intended order.
  2. Choose page matching, target pages, layer position, scale and opacity.
  3. Prepare the actual PDF, review its pages and download it with the mapping report.

Result

An overlaid PDF retaining the base pages and fields, plus source-bound JSON page mappings and hashes.

Processing and files

This public tool works in your browser without uploading the document. Optional drafts saved on this device can be removed when browser data is cleared.

One base plus 1–20 overlay PDFs, 30 MB combined; up to 500 base and 500 overlay pages. Tools can refuse encrypted, signed or unsupported interactive documents.

Before you start

Up to 20 overlay PDFs plus the base, 30 MB combined, 500 base and 500 overlay pages, 40 MB output, 90-second import/preparation deadlines. Repeat one page, use all overlay pages once, cycle all pages, or repeat each file a set number of times. Target pages follow original order. Base fields and appearances are retained; overlay fields must be flattened separately. Only overlay page content is embedded, without its annotations or interactive features. Fields/annotations can appear above the inserted content. Opaque base artwork can cover background layers. Visible crop areas and right-angle rotations are respected; actual size can be clipped. Unsupported or overly complex internal PDF structures are refused. Signed, encrypted and XFA PDFs are refused. This is not secure redaction, sanitisation or electronic signing.

One send means one document workflow sent to one recipient or recipient group; a bulk delivery to 100 independent recipients uses 100 sends. Test failures do not consume sends. No automatic overage charges: a paid top-up would require confirmation. Proposed top-up: €5 / 100 sends. Paid identity verification, SMS, qualified electronic signatures and trusted timestamps are not included.
